wwyd next with these stats?

Im stuck on endgame, I haven’t beaten DT2 yet, I had the quest cape up u til DT2, haven’t been able to get it back. I’m terrible at bossing, but managed to beat Jad earily on.

I have all hard diaries done, want to work on elite next but don’t know which ones I should get out of the way first.

Any recommendations?

I got 70m cash rn that i don’t know what to invest in…construction?
