Are all the disease mechanics removed?

Looking through what's available it seems like anything so far that used to offer immunity to or Curing disease is gone. Unless I missed something..... no spell does this anymore _ removed from lesser restoration and lay on hands abilities, I haven't seen it in any class abilities etc.

Is disease gone as a mechanic?

If so that's a huge loss IMO.

Maybe disease gives you the poisoned condition?

What do you all think?
