Driller or Directional Driller

Hello everyone,

I started in the career about 7 years ago as a roughneck, moved all the way up to a Driller. Now I got a job offer from Baker Hughes for a DD job. The pay is better as DD but the work/life balance is better as a driller.

Could I have your insights on whether I should switch to DD or continue in the rig path to a Toolpusher one day maybe? Thank you
