RTX 2080 - newb - how to

So, I just got my first "next level" video card (MSI rtx 2080). I have a few questions for those that are familiar with it

1. In-game, the video card fans sound like a plane about to take off (~1150 RPM). With headphones and music I can still hear them. Any workaround?
2. The video card has RGB illumination. My computer is under the desk, nobody can see it. How do I turn it off?
3. Besides installing the latest drivers, are there any other settings I should do?
4. Why are a few games (like World of Warcraft) not working on RTX 2080 on dx11? (only dx12)
5. In-game, with 3 fans at ~1150 RPM temperature is about 69C. Is that "normal"?
