Help building a team - emerald

Hello there, I tried last year a run, reached the Elite 4 and failes miserably. I'm back again and I need help to build a team for emerald Elite 4 -> Champion. The rules are: My starter (treecko, now sceptile) must be in my party; Level caps; No items.
