Council/social housing

Hey everyone.im wondering how the social housing system works in belfast. I've had my eye on choice housing and radius housing but i dont know how hard it may be to get an accommodation with them as a single female? Or are they super unlikely to get given that i dont really see any posts discussing them? I do see many choice housing complexes around the city. If anyone is experienced with this please feel free to inform me as theres a high chance i may be homeless this winter. I dont have enough money to privately rent yet.
