Jury duty summons and confusion

I received a summons for jury service, dated october 4. I did the whole log in and register thing. When I call the line it's busy. Am I going to get in trouble if I miss it? I've tried logging into eJuror but don't know what my "Juror ID" is. I see my "Participant #" on the summons, but not the juror ID. Anyone have any suggestions?
