Is a Chromebook an endpoint?

Hey everyone,

Do you guys consider a Chromebook to be an endpoint? We are looking into a few different KPI’s (number of techs to endpoints in particular) and are wondering if they should count as a full endpoint?

If you do, do you charge your standard endpoint rate for them?
