How are you getting your calories in?
Hi everyone! Total newbie here, tomorrow is my second jab day - and I am really really struggling to get my calories in. On the plus side I had barely any side effects other than some jaw and neck pain on day 1, and my appetite is completely gone even the day before jab day, but I am barely managing 800-1000 calories a day even with protein shakes and soups. The thought of solid food honestly makes me gag, best I can currently do is some porridge. Even drinking water seems hard! Does this get better with time, or is there anything that’s been working for other people in a similar situation?
