Getting a business inquiry from the ex you thought you had blocked on everything

We had an awful and super traumatic breakup and I have him blocked on literally EVERYTHING. It honestly kind of makes me feel weird because he found the one thing I don’t have him blocked on but he’s picking up his order tomorrow and it’s too late to cancel, plus I’m getting paid, so yeah. I also just don’t want to look like a shitty business owner or have him leave a bad review because I didn’t respond or something. Hopefully it is just business and he doesn’t try anything upon pickup.
