Is it worth buying IPhones in other countries than in Mauritius?

Three friends of mine are travelling to the UK, Australia and India in December. I want to buy the IPhone 15 but I've never bought any device from another country so I'm reluctant if I should get one. Australia seems to be the cheapest. Please advise if the price is worth it and your experience using a phone bought from another country and used in Mauritius.
