Unchained Soul of Disaster bug

I haven’t tried in ranked yet, but in solo, anytime I summon USoD while opp has a monster on field I can never activate USoD’s effect to link into a Dark Link monster using the opp’s monster I don’t normally use this card as I’d usually rather run something else, but I’m short on gems and decided the extra body is good
