Why do so many people say Punisher is the easiest to play?

I play him a decent bit, and while he’s the most straightforward in the game, I would never say he’s the easiest, especially if you’re vsing a Spider-Man or Black Panther, because you gotta have great aim to get those guys. He’s pretty much just aiming, same as Hela or Black Widow but I don’t see people calling them easy? I have played every character a decent amount and in my opinion Peni, Scarlet Witch, Hawkeye, Iron Fist, Cloak and Dagger, and Moon Knight (if you cheese as him) are all WAAAAY easier. So is there something I’m missing about him or doing wrong that’s making him not easier than these guys or what?
