Writing Lyme disease symptoms in children?

I am a writer and currently working on a lit of stories, one of which is in a fantasy setting. I do not have Lyme disease or any symptoms, but i want to write a story with a six year old girl who is undergoing a curse that gives her symptoms and effects her nerves type stuff, so if you have any descriptions you want to share or any suggestions on how to write respectfully that would be great!
