Needing help with stuck drum

While out of town over the holidays our cat sitter said the red light was on and not fully cycled. Yesterday we took apart cleaned everything including the top sensor eyes. Now it is stopping in the position of the first photo, waiting for the "cat check 30 seconds" then trying to finish the cycle. It stops now during the after dump in the position of the second photo. Then finishing the cycle off center after another 30 seconds. We cleaned the strip of felt at the bottom portion of the globe and didn't see any buildup. Anyone know what's going on?
