Copyright Rules

Hi all, I was wondering, I remember a while ago, Lego brought in this new rule about custom minifigures, I think. It was something like if you're drawing lego minifigures your not allowed to print other companies on there even if your not selling them. Can anybody either show me where I can find the full thing or tell me more about it and what the rules are in this situation? For example they said something like you can't print the addidas logo on a minifugure, I think.
