Buying Online ads for someone else through credit card

Hi,

I came to USA in 2018 in a student visa. Got my degree and started pursuing my career in the states. I got married recently in September with a US citizen and applied for my green card in October. It's currently in process . I have a cousin who lives in Pakistan. They put a ban in imports above a certain limit. He has a E-Commerce business so he can't buy Online ads through his credit card as it's considered import. He wants to use my credit card to buy online ads and pay me through zelle or wire the money to me. Is it legal or Is there risk in this?
