Help with shrinking shirts

Hello, I recently washed a new 100% cotton and when I wore it yesterday I noticed the sleeves were shorter than they used to be. This isn't the first shirt I've shrunk so I'm clearly doing something wrong! Please help!

I wash everything on 30°C and about 800 spin and air dry most things like this shirt.
