Grocery manager peeps

Hey guys I’m at three months in as a grocery manager and I have identify so many messed up things people do that boil my blood because they attack the night crew for. Does anyone here know if there is an actual rule that states how “early” in the night could the grocery load be pulled out to the floor to be staged for breaking?
