Chef's Plate Door-to-Door Advertising?

Anyone else had this recently?

Younger girl knocked on my door today. She had a Chef's Plate toque and a tablet. I mentioned how I was just about to eat my dinner (ironically), and she decided to say she'll "try again later."

Are services like Chef's Plate going door-to-door around us now?
