IOBM INTERVIEW, I'm Loosing my shizz

I'm screaming at the top of my lungs, I've been selected for interview, but I dont have my olevel original certificate with me. The certificate is with IBCC and I'll be having to bring it to the interview. I've only got a soft copy of my certificate. And when I contact iobm, this dude says hell transfer my call to the admission guideline department, but then he hangs up🐰🐰 Someone please tell me what to do, as they say my interview wont be conducted with my academic documents.
