Mike Chapple vs Ben Malisow?

I have noticed that Mike Chapple’s courses are more than twice the length of Ben Malisow’s courses. This is seen in both of their courses for SSCP and CCSP. Are the Mike Chapple courses overkill? Do Ben Malisow courses get more straight to the point?
