Have we gotten official confirmation that InZoi can be played offline?

I know Canvas will be online only for obvious reasons but in case my internet goes out I can have the base game, expansions/DLC, hundreds of GBs of downloaded and user created Zois, custom content, and mods already installed on SSD for offline use.
