Suggestions needed - Changing location before H1B stamping

Hi all,

I am currently on F1 Stem OPT working out of Texas. I got my H1B stamping dropbox appointment coming up in October in India. However, my employer wants to change my location to NY before that in August or September. Will it affect my H1B stamping interview?

If yes, how and what should I have to keep in my mind.
