When to disclose marriage?

In the last year, I (29, male, monog) have been on two Hinge dates where my dates (both women, 29 and 26 respectively) have disclosed their marriages to me. The first one told me on the first date, though reported that she was cheating on her husband and that he was unaware of our date. The second one disclosed to me on our second date, saying that her husband is addicted to drugs and she cannot find him to divorce him. When do you think that folks should disclose their marital status?
