H1B stamping before oct 1 start date

Hi Everyone,

My H1B is approved recently and iam currently on my cap gap and my H1 start date is oct 1 2024 (of course same for everyone ). Currently iam working for a client for the past 1.5 on my STEM OPT and got my h1 through the same employer and the client. My questions are

1. Can i go for stamping in India in the September 2024 2nd week and return back to US after oct 1 2024 ?

2. Is there any problem if i go for early stamping before the start date ? By the way i have all the paystubs and documents available.
