Hi everyone.. just got diagnosed and prescribed 5mg of methamizole. What should I expect?

Will the nausea hit right away? (I have an important meeting on Friday that I cannot be wobbly for!)

I'm taking it at night - should that limit symptoms? Or will it destroy sleep?

Weight gain?

Will add my stats that warranted the Graves diagnosis:

• Thyrotropin Receptor AB: 2.72 (Normal: 0-1.75) - High
• TSH: <0.005 - Low
• T4: 1.84 (Normal: 0.82-1.77) - High
• T3: 93: (Normal: 71-180) - Normal
