Where can you watch this year’s Grammys live in the UK?

I have subscribed to Paramount+ in the hopes of watching it live. But is that for US only? Is there anywhere else we could watch it? I want to watch it live so bad, all my pop girlies are nominated for AOTY and I will be thrilled to see one of them win.
