Lobby time

Hi

I'm new in the legends mode, but i am a little bit confused. No matter which type of game I choose, I am waiting too long for match a player. Game modes with 2 player is good, find player in seconds. But with mods where there are 4 players it takes a long time. and it ends up not finding anyone.it's normal or I'm just setting up the game badly?

As i mentioned I am new in Legends. maybe I'm doing something wrong, I'll be grateful for any advice.
