Golf gym routine

Thinking about this for a golf weights gym routine , struggling to find a balance for size & flexibility (I only go gym mon-fri on hour lunch break)

Thoughts?

Monday Tuesday wed thur fri Chest Power Core & legs KB. Spa

Usually run Monday PM , range (short game) tues Pm , boxing on a Wednesday , run on Thursday pm & use my Fridays for a recovery session at lunch before range (full bag) Friday PM so I am ready to go for a weekend round

By power Tuesday I mean , box jumps , medicine ball slams , squats, land mines , anything explosive really

I don’t like working out at weekends due to golf commitments

Any other tips welcome
