People and their remote starters in a slight chill drive me bonkers.

I know I shouldn't care what other people do, and I do drive a car more than I should but...
So I do my weird morning exercise stuff in my living room in an apartment. I look out a big window that looks down on the back of a big apartment building next door, and its small parking lot. I'm there for an hour or two every morning and see everyone leaving for work in my peripheral vision. there is one person with some ridiculous almost-sports car (ugly hatchback with tinted windows) that clearly remote starts their car every morning probably when they wake up (yes it's cold, sometimes snowing a little bit, right around freezing, give or take, but not bad at all for Chicago in Feb). So this car is running for a FULL HALF HOUR, sometimes more before a single short dude comes out all bundled up and leaves... I know it's none of my business but it just makes me want to throw something. What is wrong with people? Anyway, it should be the last thing in the US right now making me lose hope for the future but it's like a knife in the heart sometimes like come.. on..
I drive an ancient rusty Prius (don't care about what cars look like, just need it to run) and it's low powered, slow and sluggish, but takes all of about 5 minutes to warm up inside. I can't imagine going to the trouble to install a remote starter much less running it endlessly because of comfort? or something? Anyway that's all. This is a cool sub here. yay for fuckcars.
