Fridge compressor bad??

Hi, my fridge PCB fried and there's no power at all to the fridge now. I resoldered and had power for a second before it fried again. I'm wondering about the electrical path and why it fried. It happened overnight and I checked compressor and it was really hot. I assume it's a bad compressor, however it also has a 3 in 1 hard start capacitor. It's an Kenmore elite fridge with an LG compressor.

The readings were - start and run : 3ohm. Start and common 6.2. run and common 4.6. I checked online and that doesn't look right to me.

It also makes me wonder that maybe the hard start kit was installed because it wouldn't start with the default components anymore which means it was a bad compressor.. or going bad.

However with my multimeter I'm not getting any reading on the capacitor..
