long flight
hello! i am traveling from philadelphia to okinawa. its about 23 hours of airtime total. i have SEVERE emetophobia (fear of vomit) and mainly worried about myself! the longest flight ive been on is 3 hours. does anybody have any tips for preventing motion sickness? i have dramamine, ginger drops, and nausea bands ready, but looking to have more things on deck in case! i have never slept on a plane before so that isn’t an option for me 😭😭
