Why there's only 2 Fate VN?

Visual Novels are the origin of the Fate, but they just stopped making them. After releasing the first two 20 years ago they didn't make a single new one. Meanwhile we've got 14 video games(including 1 arcade), 37 anime, 4 CD dramas, 4 stage plays, 31 manga, 11 light novels etc. Yet not a single VN.
