Creating a new account

Disabled account with no hope for recovery.

Is there a way to create a new one without using a new email / phone number or even worse a new phone / laptop?

I'm not sure if my IP and devices are banned, but I don't wanna risk it. Any clever way to get around the AI block hammer?
