Please help I’m scared

I’m having a really bad moment right now I’m trying to figure out what I ate today that would make me feel unwell I have to go on a plane tomorrow for a trip and I’m so scared. For breakfast I had cereal and a scoop of peanut butter because I was craving. I felt fine after eating that. Then for Lunch I tried making a smoothie with frozen banana, strawberry and some protein powder but after having a couple sips I decided to settle for salami and crackers instead. Then I had mint chocolate chip icecream with brownie bites and I shared that with my sibling so I had. 2/3 of that. After all that I didn’t eat until 9pm when I had a slice of pizza. I didn’t feel unwell until now where I just don’t feel good and I’m Scared.
