Any help on how to help with my girlfriend's eczema (Australia)

I've been seeing this new girl recently, and it's been going lovely, but it seems that every time she comes over to my house, she has big eczema flare-ups. She says it's not uncommon to have flare-ups, and they only seem to get worse when she comes over.

I specifically ask for Australian assistance because many of the recommendations I see don't ship here or cost a lot to ship, and I'm looking for something I can get whenever I run out.

We can't pin point what exactly it is, but I'll give a rundown of what I've done, and if anyone can notice mistakes with it, I'd love to know. I've tried many things already.

• At first, I tried a different detergent (I used to use fabric conditioner and discovered it was bad), but after switching, I didn't notice much of an improvement (I switched to Bosisto's Sensitive Laundry Liquid detergent).
• I've tried getting new 100% cotton sheets as well; this seemed to help a little bit, but it didn't seem to fix everything.
• My room is a bit dusty, but I've spent a couple weeks now dusting it down and using an air purifier to help leave less dust in the room. (any tips on dusting would be massively appreciated)
• She brings her own soaps over because she orders a specific eczema-safe soap that I haven't been able to get some of yet. She also shies away from using any of my skin care products as she also uses her own.

For some more information, she seems to get the biggest flare-ups on her bicep area of her arm, running down the inside of her forearm, and on her inner legs. (if this is any help).
