engwe engine pro wont turn on

i recently bought an engwe engine pro from a family friend because my old bike broke and i was doing fine until a few nights ago when the bike died completely. i walked it home and plugged it in and then went to unplug it the next day to leave and it had a green light that showed it was charged but it wouldnt start. i plugged it in and the light on the charger was red showing it was charging. the bike wont charge i guess and it wont turn on. any ideas?
