How do you guys watch your DVDs and why?

This post is inspired by a post I saw just now. Because I know I also watch DVDs in fairly unconventional ways. I'm curious as to what are you guys' main methods of watching DVDs are, and why.

I typically use a 4:3 CRT TV (accompanied with a vintage DVD player), a vintage portable DVD player, or on my PC. I feel like these are the best ways for me to watch DVDs.

I don't have enough space for a CRT HDTV (those things typically are massive here in North America region), so my regular 4:3 standard definition Wega Trinitron TV with 16:9 scanning mode is probably the next best thing. CRT TVs just do the most justice for DVDs, I feel like. I originally got the TV mainly for retro gaming. This DVD rabbit hole naturally came along later on.

The portable DVD player I just think it's cute and nostalgic. But the picture quality isn't actually bad. I actually quite like it. Just that the pixel density is pretty bad for the screen size. It's a Panasonic DVD-LV75 and I use it mainly for watching older DVDs from the late 90s-early 2000s. It retailed for over 1000 USD back in the year 2000, lol.

PC is my third choice because it allows me to use a cursor to click things in the menu, and it allows me to watch DVDs from all regions, unlike my DVD players which are either region 1 or region 2 (imported from Japan). However I do own a region free Blu-ray player. Although that doesn't have analog video output, so I can't really use it with my Trinitron without converting the video signal into component or S-video. It's much better for me to just use my vintage DVD players. I've also stopped using my game consoles for DVDs since they run too loud, and I don't typically use headphones when watching DVDs on TV.
