Raising Spirits of Intellect to not be sociopathic

So with Bonea now being out of Harry's head and learning things, how do you envision Harry or Maggie teaching and shaping Bonea to have compassion. Nothing Jim has shown us so far has explicitly indicated that it's possible, but I have a feeling it's going to come up.

So let's hear theories!

My theory is that Harry will talk to Mr. Sunshine or Hades about the nature of the soul and, after confirming it's what she wants, use some of his soulfire to create a soul for Bonea. As soulfire is really most potent when used to create something, and because Harry's a Starborn (which is still poorly understood), I think he'll be successful. But then there's the matter of a body and how to procure one without any black magic that could taint her. Maybe this could be another side-story?
