Bought a Dreamcast w. GDEmu

Hi I have just bought in Wallapop a modded one. Since is my first Dreamcast ever , I have also bought a DreamPsu on AliExpress in order to receive both in the same period. In order to get this beloved console well, do I have to buy other modifications? What you suggest in order to play on a hdmi ? I saw the Kaico adapter. Do you think will work ?
