Refund issued - but I didn’t request one

Super confused, the last two orders I’ve placed (Starbucks and Lowe’s) had super smooth deliveries, rated my dasher 5 stars and left 20% tips. Then the next time I open the app or check my bank transactions I have a refund issued for the same exact dollar amount as the total order.

I didn’t request these refunds or report anything wrong so why would this be happening?

Worried it’ll ding my driver(s), they didn’t do anything wrong and were fantastic so I’m worried for them.
