Thought?

This cause is going to a tumor board to see if a biopsy is needed. So I had an MRI done and there were five suspicious lesions. All BIRAD 4. But I had a mammogram and ultrasound and nothing came up. They’re trying to decide if they even want to do the biopsy. What do you think is going to happen? I just want to mentally prepare. They said it is an unusual case and I’m wondering if anyone can relate? TIA
