Things that can occupy my senior dog who only cares about food?

Hi everyone!

So, I was hoping to get some advice on some toys/activities that can keep my senior dog (Goose, 13F) occupied in the evening! Goose has always been a lazy dog who has never been particularly interested in toys. When she was younger she'd maybe want to play 1-2 times per week for about 10 minutes, but she's never been particularly invested in toys. Food on the other hand, oh yeah, that holds her attention. She currently has some lick mats, a snuffle mat, a sliding puzzle game, one of those balls with teeth that you can stick treats in, a kong, and a popsicle thing, however, I'm still struggling with things to keep her occupied.

In the morning she's pretty lazy and sleeps on and off until mid afternoon, but she's most awake in the evenings and when we give her one of her toys with food in it, it lasts, maximum, 20 minutes. And of course the issue becomes, I don't want to be giving her a ton of extra calories because food games are the only ones she has any interest in. I would also like to note that she has a super sensitive stomach so a solid majority of bones are out of the question. Does anyone have any tips on how to make these activities last longer without giving her too much extra food/ any additional toys I can buy for her? Thank you!
