Low bg after masturbate

, this happened a year after I got diabetes , every time I masturbate I sweat so much and blood sugar for some reason drops so low I even got to 30 blood sugar this morning wheni masturbaited. And too night it flyed from 174 to 98 , I even when try to go to toilet nothing comes out feels like I got consumption ,a bit of shortness of breath but not severe or anything, all of that gone after an hour or 40m something like that , soo does anyone experience this as well ?
