Package has been on clearance event since last night

My package has been held up by a clerance event all night I’m supposed to get this package by tomorrow and I live in Texas while this package is still In Cincinnati, I ordered these things since September of last year but it just shipped a few days ago as it was a pre order, now with trumps nonsense idk if the clerenace event is because of him, is this normal or am I overreacting?
