In TCS What's the minimum Work From office hours to avoid detecting variable pay when in bench

I recently joined TCS and have been allocated to a project, but since the client interview is still pending, I am currently swiping in and out at the nearest branch not at to my project branch. However, there is no clear communication regarding the required office hours.

I reached out to RMG, and they mentioned that I don’t need to visit the office, but I haven’t been able to discuss this in detail as my RMG POC is working from home and has only communicated via email (no contact number shared). Additionally, I don’t have Teams access yet, which has limited further discussions.

I have a few concerns:

  1. What is the minimum number of hours required for Work From Office (WFO)?
  2. Can I continue swiping attendance at the nearest branch if my project allows it?
  3. Is it mandatory to be in the office?
  4. Can I swipe at different branch in the same city? Would it still count my attendence?

I am concerned about my variable pay if there are issues with my attendance. Are there any official policies I can refer to for clarity?
