(8.5.2 Patch) DBD Killer Tier List

I will revisit the Tier List when the new killer drops, but until then, this is the Tier List, now just keep in mind, these are just my opinions, if you disagree that's totally fine, I will explain very clearly some of these placements and whether I think a killer is either underrated or overrated, I do consider add-ons, plus map dependency, consistency, bugs, or certain QOL issues and fixes, and certain perks, etc
