Fatal error loading vertex shader customweapon_vs30

I keep getting this error while playing csgo for about 1-2h in the game. I have to restart the game and once I’m back in it is very laggy and I have to switch from 8x msaa to 4x msaa and then it fixes for some time, however it even happens at 4x msaa after a while. I don’t know how to fix this, have tried various options I found online but nothing has worked yet. Built a brand new pc about two weeks ago, every other game seems to run fine.
