Issue with Cronus Zen

Good day! So I just bought my Cronus Zen and I went through all of the normal setup steps (update the firmware, download the ZEN studio software, etc). I loaded up the Fortnite No Build Gamepack to Slot 1 and saved it. Initially it was working pretty well, until I clicked LT+Menu, which accessed a menu on the display to adjust the recoil parameter. I honestly don't know what happened here, I may have pressed one of the two side buttons on the zen, but whatever did happen now seems to have messed up everything. I get no error messages, I have factory reset the device many times, I have reloaded the Gamepack/deleted it off the slot multiple times, nothing. Now no matter what I do, I see the Fortnite logo pop up on the Zen, but the alien eyes are red, and if I press LT+Menu the eye lights go off and the screen says "Gamepack Off." Not only can I not edit the parameters on the Zen any more, but no matter what script/Gamepack I load, it will not work. Any ideas on what is going on, and more importantly, how do I fix this?
